I support specialists and executives through customized coaching in their personal career development. I also support companies in their personnel selection processes and the evaluating internal and external candidates to fill vacant positions.

Quality criteria of the Aptitude Assessment
The personal license DIN 33430 (E) refers to any kind of job-related internal or external aptitude assessment. Among other things, it licenses holders to design high-quality aptitude assessment processes, to evaluate the potential of employees more accurately, and to run assessment centers and aptitude interviews efficiently and validly.
